Live Oak Unitarian Universalist Church, Cedar Park, Texas

Master planning and architectural design services for the renovation of an existing church / school facility on 5.2 acres. The Owners wish to make this existing facility more representational of their spiritual, aesthetic, environmental and functional goals. Planned improvements include:

• Aesthetic enhancements of the Sanctuary and entry areas
• Construction and deconstruction to better accommodate the new Owners' needs
• Lighting and daylighting improvements
• Plan for phase-in of HVAC and lighting upgrades for energy and cost savings
• Façade enhancements for aesthetic, functionality and energy efficiency purposes
• Construction of canopies and pergolas for improved indoor-outdoor functioning and for energy efficiency
• Landscaping and site restoration for better use as outdoor rooms and environmental enhancement
• Site drainage and building maintenance improvements to protect indoor air quality
