Master planning and architectural design services for the renovation
of an existing church / school facility on 5.2 acres. The Owners wish
to make this existing facility more representational of their spiritual,
aesthetic, environmental and functional goals. Planned improvements include:
- Aesthetic enhancements of the Sanctuary and entry areas
- Construction and deconstruction to better accommodate the new Owners'
needs
- Lighting and daylighting improvements
- Plan for phase-in of HVAC and lighting upgrades for energy and
cost savings
- Façade enhancements for aesthetic, functionality and energy efficiency
purposes
- Construction of canopies and pergolas for improved indoor-outdoor
functioning and for energy efficiency
- Landscaping and site restoration for better use as outdoor rooms
and environmental enhancement
- Site drainage and building maintenance improvements to protect
indoor air quality
