If your project incorporates sustainable principles from the earliest
stages of design, it will have the greatest potential to maximize energy
cost savings, thermal comfort, building longevity, user satisfaction,
and community and environmental responsibility. Successful sustainable
projects result only from an integrated design approach in which sustainable
design issues are addressed by all team members from the very beginning
of the project. Stewardship, Inc. facilitates the integrated team approach.
In all projects, we begin by working with the entire design team to set
sustainable design priorities and goals for the project. These decisions
will be used to guide the design strategy and will ultimately serve as
a measure of our success at completing a sustainable project.
